The “Right Room”

Growth isn’t found in a vacuum; it’s a byproduct of an engaged community.

The Right Room theory is my belief that—at the right time, with the right people—you can condense years of effort into a single afternoon or evening.

My Right Room events are that theory in action.

The Visionary Briefing: Marc Lasry at CORE: Club

An intimate, live interview with investor and philanthropist Marc Lasry.

This "Right Room" session explored Lasry’s journey from building a financial empire to his strategic pivot into professional sports ownership. By bringing together a curated audience of builders and founders, we condensed decades of institutional financial wisdom into a single afternoon of raw, unfiltered dialogue.

2025 Manhattan Chamber of Commerce Summer Soirée at One Vanderbilt

Hosted in Jay’s capacity as Co-Chairman of Technology and Innovation for the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce.

This was a gathering of NYC’s most influential board members, journalists, and city officials. Featuring the Chairman’s Awards presented to Don Lemon and Maria Torres-Springer, this environment served as a bridge between media, government, and the city's private sector, facilitating the growth of NYC’s commercial ecosystem.

The Innovation Lab: AI for Manufacturers at Spring Place

This room focused my mission to have 1 million SMBs embrace AI by 2028

By bringing together 1848 Ventures, the Bruce AI team, and a curated group of manufacturers and distributors, over lunch we facilitated a dialogue that moved AI out of the abstract and into the operational reality of small business. It was a masterclass in how targeted technology, when placed in the right room, creates immediate market velocity.
